Health + Wellness

CI’s Health and wellness service line is one that is unique and innovative in its approach. CI’s staff will assist in all areas of its participants health needs (listed above). Like Home Management, CI also uses specialized staffing in the area of Health and wellness. CI’s on staff Medical Specialist (licensed RN/LVN) will assist our participants at medical appointments, with physical therapy and monitoring effects of medications on participants. In addition, those participants with severe health issues will be assisted by CI’s Medical Specialist four hours per day until the individual returns to positive and stable medical condition.
